Fantastic Necklace and Wonderful Customer Service
I bought this Diamond Chai Necklace as a replacement of a Chai necklace I have worn for over 20 years. This was a wonderful replacement and the jeweler even accommodated my request for a larger bale, and went above and beyond to ensure that I received a necklace to go along with this classy pendant that fit my preference. Overall, it was a great customer experience and the next time I want to buy jewelry, I am going to buy it from here.

The piece is beautiful
The piece is beautiful, the chain is a little fragile and I lost my last chai because of a thin chain. I may look for a sturdier chain for the future, but it is beautiful and well made and I would recommend it. I would suggest that you provide more than one chain option for the piece. I would have gladly paid more for something sturdier.
