Wonderful Customer Service

I can't say enough about the wonderful customer service I received through Onecklace. My first measurements of my ring size was completely wrong. I bought a ring guard, but it was still way too big. Despite this being my fault, Onecklace, sent me a new ring in the correct size at a very affordable price. Their responses to my email messages were quick, clear, and very kind/understanding.

Things happen, but they made it ALL RIGHT!

Well it happened on my maiden order; it was misdelivered by the USPS. But customer service rep Maria responded quickly and expedited the reorder. It was touch & go for the 5days that passed her birthday as she didnt believe I had gotten her something special. But in less that 1week I received the reorder direct from manufacturer. And she loves it! It hold special meaning to her for it is the 1st gift ever to her in her chinese name in the 60+ years since she was adopted from Hong Kong. Job well done as she donned it to wear to her work where she cares for elderly residents. Thank you Maria and Onecklace!
