Purchased classic name necklace

I recently purchased the classic name necklace for my daughters birthday. The necklace was beautiful. Its elegantly simple enough to wear with any outfit, and the quality was good as well. Heart initial necklace

Heart should have been shown near a coin to have an idea what the size is. It's alot smaller then I thought, but very pretty...love it!

Loved the entire experience

I received my necklace when expected. Then, I put it on and realized the 14in chain I had chosen was too short. I wrote customer service explaining the situation. The nicely offered to replace the chain at a very reasonable price and were able to expedite shipping. I absolutely love the charm. Its beautiful and exactly what I wanted. I will definitely be a customer again and will reccomend to friends.
