Great Product, Great Service

Excellent customer service isn't determined when an order is completed with no problems or glitches. Rather, excellent service occurs when a company addresses a problem promptly and professionally. There was a miscommunication about the format of the 3 names I ordered for the "dangling names" necklace. When I contacted Onecklace, the customer service representative, Sarah, immediately replied and replaced the necklace, and I now have exactly what I wanted. I enthusiastically recommend this product and this company.

Like it overall

The bracelet is pretty. Shipping was fast. My only complaint is the name is hard to read. The font needs to be different. I gave it to my niece for her birthday, I had her nickname put on it & I had to tell her what it says.

Fantastic Necklace and Wonderful Customer Service

I bought this Diamond Chai Necklace as a replacement of a Chai necklace I have worn for over 20 years. This was a wonderful replacement and the jeweler even accommodated my request for a larger bale, and went above and beyond to ensure that I received a necklace to go along with this classy pendant that fit my preference.
