The necklace is looking very good, I love the work on it This time there were issues and I had to send several e-mails to find out about my order. The explanation was thet you \"don\'t have my address\" or my \"e-mail\", which is very weird because when you order an item, you have to post your address; am I right? I don\'t know if I want to order anymore with you, because, frankly, I toght I lost the money and the order. In the end, after sending again my address, I got the necklace. Why would you wait for me to ask about the order, when you had all the information? These are issues which should be fixed!

Great customer service

My local post office lost my package because it didn\'t have an apartment number on it, which they delivered it to god knows who. I then contacted Onecklace customer service and the agreed to resend my items to me. I was very thankful for that because they didn\'t hesitate to resend my items. I will definitely be buying from them again.

I found this site a while ago but was cautious about buying. Until one day I finally decided to try it out and it was WORTH the wait. The necklace arrived with in 2 weeks and the quality is good! Great product minus the gift box/bag

Product is nice but gift box and bag looks and feels cheap especially considering that you have to pay extra. Should really work on these as it lets the product down.

This is my third order with O\'necklace and once again I was overly pleased with my purchase. I ordered another name plate necklace and the quality and precision is the best. I order the 24kt Gold over silver and if you follow the instructions for caring for your jewelry these pieces will last a long time. The good thing is because they are sterling silver they can always be re-plated. Thanks O\'necklace! I absolutely love my jewelry.
