I just received a gold plated initial necklace for my 6 yr. old granddaughter and it is beautiful. I got it to match her mother’s 14 ct. gold one that I also ordered from this company last year. Very happy with this jewelry and delivery took about 3 weeks through Canada Post and required a signature

Personalized horse necklace in rose gold is beautiful and exceeded my expectations. Timely turnaround from order placement to completed engraving and shipment. There were some shipping delays due to weather and other external factors; when I contacted for order status updates following expedited shipping to receive for holiday, customer service was excellent in providing status update and resolving concerns regarding shipping delays.
